This is remembrance of my mother throughout. She was a magician who used everything available at her fingertips to find beauty in our everyday. I’ve taken that lesson to heart. I wish I could say that it was a struggle. It was not. It has been a labor of love, for the countless women who work on their art after working full time all day. It is a labor of love for found items, things tucked away, for just the right time and the right piece of artwork. It’s about resources over time right here at my fingertips. Early mornings, fitting in handwork, carry it with me, occasionally wishing for the luxury of all day and night creation. Reality gave me only so much time. Pre-Crone beginnings, Miz Della are a tribute. I know that I am completely out of my mind and into my heart with joy. Countless stitches, daydreams of beading patterns, colors simply stated, oh how this soothed, even as I fretted about how to get it done. She is done. And so I continue!

Blessed Be.
