Statement
How did I get to where I am now? The “Pathways: Dream, Discover, Explore” project gave me a chance to think about where my paths have led me. My quilted map depicts my journeys: My life has been a series of journeys strung together to get me to where I am today. I am a result of all the experiences that serve as inspirations for what I create today: places, roads taken, and sights seen. “20 years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bow lines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” - Mark Twain |
