| Statement
Sometimes the process of making a garment is a real blessing. As life is continually unpredictable, sometimes our art brings us calm and peace. This project brought me back to my art. This marvelous group of women, so open and gracious are a real treasure. I call my piece BLACK MAGIC WOMAN because I felt this was the roll I had to play to get everything done that was on my plate. It is a tribute to all women and our unique abilities to multi task. It is a job that I perform gladly and a robe that I am honored to wear.
