Statement
For this trip on our Women’s Journeys I did not have a theme to express or a message I wanted to convey so I decided to make my robe just for the fun of it. I wanted to weave the fabric so I wound the warp and painted it blue and red, just for the fun of it. Then I wove it, five yards, just for the fun of it. I designed a pattern, cut it out and sewed it, just for the fun of it. I lined it and added some cockeyed pockets, still fun. I sewed on some feathers and flowers, even more fun. Now I share it with all of you and I hope you find it fun, as I did.
