Statement

When traveling through a transition, whether the loss of a job, the loss of a loved one, or recovering from a medical condition, the common threads are the thoughts that run through our minds and the centering we must go through. These thoughts are represented on the outside of the box:

We must remember: “Miracles happen every day”; “Every day is a new beginning “; “If it doesn’t open, it’s not your door”.

We must try: “Release what is holding you back”; “Do it now, don’t wait”; “Choose to be happy”; “Let it go”; “Don’t let fear stop you”.

We must believe: “You are exactly where you need to be”, “Your soul knows the way”, “Possibility begins with the courage to imagine”.

At the end of the transition, you realize that “your someday is right now” and inside (the box) you are centered and filled with gratitude and peace.
