Statement

“The distinction between the past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”
— Albert Einstein

The illusion is that time is not a reality but a concept. It is an expansion of the mind where we simultaneously grasp the past in memory, the present by attention and the future by expectation.

Some have joy, sorrow, or regret about the past and some have fears about the future. Reality is this moment that we can shape and live now.

So go through your day and get stuff done with an attitude of ease. Say no to things you don’t want to do, take time in the day to do nothing, take the things off your to do list that are not necessary and focus on what is important.

Find that moment of passion, representing the artistic zone where you are free to do the very best you can.

Be present. Be mindful.

Do it now, for what you do NOW creates who you are tomorrow.
