I have worked with fibers all my life – from making doll clothes to sewing for my family to weaving and creating garments. Words, both written and spoken, have always been part of my life too.
What better way to express my life and art than through color and words on felted fabric. Felt is made by compressing fibers by heat, moisture, and agitation into a homogenous whole. The felted background of these panels is hand-woven from my collection. The lace belonged to my grandmother.
What better background for my life.
