Problem - Using any textile technique, construct 10  9” by 9” double sided squares, to be linked together to make a piece 18” by 45” It should fold in half vertically and accordion fold horizontally to fit into a pizza box. It is double sided.

Select two: Emotions, words, colors, poems, cultures, or women, that have meaning to your life as a woman in today’s world, and explore why and how you connect or desire to pay tribute to them in your Art.

Process & Development - Each participant will keep a journal/sketchbook paying particular attention to how you move through the creative process. Sketch, journal, sample, and photo document your steps along the way.

Each artist will write a statement to be displayed with the work.
